NEW SUMMER PROGRAM 〰️

"You can't be what you can't see." ~Marian Wright Edelman

You are invited to participate this summer in an 8 week horsemanship program which teaches horsemanship skills while building personal confidence and leadership capabilities with Ellen and the HJC herd. Connect with a young person close to you and learn horsemanship skills along the way.

Research continues to demonstrate that by the early age of 8 years, many children begin to rapidly lose confidence in themselves. These confidence deficiencies often follow our youth into adulthood. We want to break that cycle!

Join us for a summer of learning, horsemanship activities and confidence building across generations! We want to not only surround young people with positive messaging but lead by example and what more powerful message is there than two people in different generations learning together?

8 x 2 hour sessions throughout the summer (July 4th - September 2nd) booked through our online system as your schedule allows.

No horse experience required.

Please note this is NOT a horseback riding lesson. Throughout the 8 weeks you will enjoy many sessions on the ground with horses learning how to build a relationship with your horse from the ground straight through to getting you in the saddle ( and yes we will get you in the saddle!) but our main goal is for participants to connect through doing something new and special together.

Children must be aged at least 10 years - accompanying adult has no age limit!

Limited space, we have room for this opportunity for 4 pairs.

$600 + HST per pair.
