Kick it up a notch: Live and lead with intention

Living with intention requires us to step into the person we want to be and move toward what we want in our work and personal lives.

This workshop, created by women for women, has two components.  The first introduces a memorable and effective leadership coach:  the horse.  In the arena setting, Ellen Jones will use her horses to demonstrate the importance of intentional living and leading - and highlight examples of how it could play out in everyday life.

Following a networking break, Elizabeth Pederson will share insights into the common barriers to effective communication and provide useful tools to add to your communication toolbox.  You will leave the session with some tangible practices you can incorporate into your daily communication right away.

The afternoon will wrap up with an evaluation as well as an open discussion about the training and your impressions.  Your insights will be invaluable as we further develop and expand this important training concept for broader delivery in 2021.  In exchange for your feedback, we are offering this experience at a greatly discounted price of $60 HST included non-refundable.
