Young leaders we are looking for you!

It’s never too early to nurture your leadership skills and this week aims to do exactly that for a group of young eager leaders.

The program will use horsemanship as a learning model for leadership development - allowing participants an opportunity to engage with horses while learning about their personal skills and strengths.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define and explain leadership and identify leadership styles.

  • Build personal confidence and self awareness.

  • Explore trust and ways to build it.

  • Explain and demonstrate the importance of healthy boundary building.

  • Explain and demonstrate assertive communication.

  • Understand and explain “value” both personal and the value we place externally.

  • Develop basic horsemanship skills.

Program will run Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 12:00pm following our corporate 3.5 hour model. Each day will incorporate an activity with the HJC herd and a “debrief” with handouts\learning materials led by an executive coach.

  • No horse experience required.

  • This is not a horseback riding lesson! Work with horses will be on the ground.

  • All participants must adhere to Public Health requirements in effect.

  • $400 + HST

  • Limited space! Maximum 6 participants will be accepted to this program.
